Narrative
PHILADELPHIA, PA – One man went to the hospital on Tuesday after striking another vehicle and then crashing into the front of Family Dollar.
The accident happened around 2:50 a.m. at the intersection of West Cambria Street and North 22nd Street, which is just north of Reyburn Park and CB Moore Recreation Center.
The investigation indicates that the westbound driver of a Mercedes-Benz failed to stop for a red light and collided with a northbound Dodge truck. The Mercedes then left the roadway and crashed into the front of Dollar General.
The driver of the Mercedes sustained non-critical injuries.
The other driver was not hurt in the accident.
