Narrative
PHILADELPHIA, PA – A crash involving a stolen car in West Philadelphia sent two people to the hospital, including an 11-year-old boy, late Sunday night.
The collision occurred around 11:30 p.m. near 54th Street and Kingsessing Avenue, resulting in one of the vehicles smashing into the front porch of a nearby residence.
According to witnesses on the scene, the stolen car was allegedly carrying three minors at the time of the crash. After the accident, the driver reportedly fled on foot, leaving behind the injured occupants.
Authorities confirmed that the 11-year-old boy was transported to Children’s Hospital for medical treatment, while AN injured woman received care at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
