Narrative
PHILADELPHIA, PA – A man and a woman were rushed to the hospital after they were hit by a vehicle in the West Oak Lane area.
Police say the victims were hit while walking in the 800 block of North Brad Street near Fairmount Avenue at about 8:30 p.m. The vehicle then collided with the rear of another vehicle.
Each of the victims were transported to Einstein Medical Center, one with a broken leg.
The driver involved was arrested at the scene. However, it is unclear what charges they are facing at this time.
