COLUMBIA, PA – An e-bike operator went to the hospital Thursday after a crash involving a passenger vehicle in west-central Lancaster County.

The accident happened around 6 p.m. at Walnut Street and North Front Street, just east of the Susquehanna river in the city of Columbia.
