BOOTHWYN, PA – Police say that speeding may have been a factor in a single-vehicle crash that killed a man Sunday in Upper Chichester Township.
The incident happened around 7:05 a.m. on the southbound side of I-95 near mile marker 0.8, which is in the city of Boothwyn.
The investigation indicates that the 32-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle while travelling at a high rate of speed, left the roadway, and overturned into a ditch.
Medics transported the victim, identified as Mathaniel James, to a local hospital where he later died.
