UPPER CHICHESTER TWP., PA – One person died on Saturday when their disabled vehicle was struck by another car along the interstate in Delaware County.
The incident happened around 5:30 a.m. in southeast Upper Chichester Township, on the northbound side of I-95.
Police say the victim was sitting in their disabled vehicle in a travel lane of the interstate when the other vehicle hit them on the driver’s side.
The driver of the disabled vehicle died at the scene of the accident.
The other driver sustained non-critical injuries.
