Narrative
BUTLER CO., PA – Two people were killed and a third person was seriously hurt in a head-on crash north of Butler on Wednesday.
Troopers say a vehicle traveling north on Route 38 near the Oneida Valley Reservoir drifted into the oncoming lanes and collided head-on with another vehicle.
19-year-old Hayden Ernest and 32-year-old Jacqueline Rock were rushed to an area hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
A third victim was also hospitalized. No updates on their condition are available at this time.
